Beyond Wonderland 2012 Official Trailer
My most recent Steadicam project with cinematography by Jez Thierry for the rave production company INSOMNIAC, Inc.

With outstanding costumes, a plethora of scantily clad models, and wild jungle cats, its safe to say that this project was not short on amazing imagery.

Highlight for me was when the jaguar took a swipe at my leg while operating Steadicam… enjoy.

ESPN SportsNation – TDub dunk video

I operated Steadicam on this at Muscle Beach in Venice…

The shoot had lots of cool toys including an array of 30 cameras for a few short but cool “bullet time” shots.

It was a dunk video sponsored by ESPN – SportsNation featuring internet sensation, street-ball dunk champion T-Dub, and ESPN’s Michelle Beadle.

TDude’s only 5’9″!

On the set of Miz Mandy’s new video “Rising Sun.” Directed by Amelia Yokel, Cinematography by Justin Duval.

With help from Phil Miller, we achieved some great Traveling shots off the front and back of Duval’s “Tijuana War Wagon.”

After a late night R&D session, we put the rig to the test on the streets of downtown Los Angeles, and in the hills of the Angeles Forrest.

Check out the behind the scenes video, edited by Justin Duval with music from Miz Mandy’s single “Paper Tiger.”

On the set of "Heaven Strewn"

We just completed shoot-day-one on the feature film “Heaven Strewn,” directed by JT Gurzi. Working as gaffer along side my friend and very talented cinematographer David Myrick, this project is already off to a great start.

Being shot on 16mm film with a set of one-of-a kind anamorphic lenses, the shots captured for this ultra-low budget indie film have already met expectations, with a lot of promising scenes yet to come.

While shooting in cramped quarters with minimal equipment & a bare-bones crew, everything has been coming together really nicely thus far, which is a relief considering there are still 17 more days and a desert to venture to for the second half of the shoot…..

Noah operating Steadicam for promotional shoot

Operating on a promotional shoot for a software company.  Directed by Aaron Umetani and Nathan Kitada with 5432 Films, this was the end of a long tracking-shot which backed through a house, down some stairs and into a backyard.  Shot using the RED camera, cinematography by Jimmy Hammond, the trick was to avoid the lighting units in the tight-quarters of the house, and not to fall-down the stairs!

Thanks to Bob Low for his support in spotting, I made it without incident!

Boxing Commercial

Recently I completed a successful day of Steadicam work at the LA Sands Boxing Gym in downtown LA for a boxing commercial directed by Jez Thierry, with cinematography by Josh Fritts.  Shooting on the RED, and using available light from the setting sun, time was of the essence as some really nice shots were captured while mounted on the Steadicam.

Skyline Movie

Just Completed the first day of Steadicam work on the set of the feature film SKYLINE.  Directed by visual effects prodigies Greg and Collin Strause of Hydraulx, this sci-fi action film is utilizing the Steadicam for some intense action sequences and impressive visual effects…
